About Us
We’re a team of experienced therapists, passionate about providing our clients with a healing space and presence to work through difficult past and current life experiences.
We believe that no two experiences are alike and thus we tailor our treatment to work best for each unique client situation.
We draw on multiple treatment modalities, with particular depth in trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, attachment-based, family systems, and art therapy.
Proudly serving Gurnee, Waukegan, Libertyville, Lindenhurst, Grayslake, Vernon Hills, Mundelein, Lake County and surrounding areas in Illinois. Also welcoming clients from Kenosha, and nearby WI for “in person” counseling.
Telehealth sessions available throughout Illinois, Florida and Texas (with specific clinicians).

Do you take insurance?
Yes. We’re in-network with: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan, United/Optum, and Medicare
Not every counselor accepts ever plan, so call us at 847-231-2265 and we’ll match you with a counselor who’s in-network with yours.
***We are out of network with most HMO's. If you have an HMO plan, please verify if we are in-network prior to scheduling an appointment.
How much does each session cost?
$170 per 55 minute session.
